NO RETURN POLICY
All purchases are final sale. Our commitment to providing the best products and highest quality nutrition means that our products are raw and unpasteurized, maintaining all their natural enzymes and nutrients. That also means they are highly sensitive to heat and are highly perishable once they leave our facility. For that reason we are unable to accept product returns under any circumstances.
Producing fresh juice requires precision, diligence and great care. As a small business and local operation with a highly perishable product, our production batch volume is heavily influenced by booked package programs. Our policy is that all Cleanse or other Program postponements must be received by 7:00pm the day before your delivery or pickup date, so that we have time to adjust our production. You will not be able to reschedule your Cleanse or Program after that day and time.
Any Cleanse or Program that is not picked up on the scheduled pickup date is not eligible to be rescheduled.
Refunds are not issued for a Cleanse or Program that has been partially or fully consumed. We do not accept product back, regardless of whether it has been opened or not.Subscriptions

If you are beyond the minimum commitment for your subscription type, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Email us at email@example.com to initiate cancellation, and you will receive a confirmation within one (1) day from the HI-VIBE subscription team. Your cancellation email request must be received 48 hours prior to your next delivery in order avoid incurring another charge.
As a HI-VIBE subscriber you receive 10% off all products ordered through the service. If you you would like to cancel but have not met the minimum commitment, cancelling your subscription will require you to remit in full the 10% discount amount extended to you.
