Refund, Return, Shipping & Subscription Policy
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through HI-VIBE are final sale.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. HI-VIBE products are raw, unpasteurized, and produced without preservatives. For food safety and quality-control reasons, once products leave our facility, they cannot be returned, whether opened or unopened. Cash or card refunds will not be issued.
Cleanse, Program, or Build Your Own Orders
All Cleanse, Program, or Build Your Own orders are produced fresh and in limited batches based on scheduled orders.

Requests to postpone or reschedule a Cleanse, Program, or Build Your Own order must be received no later than 7:00 PM (local time) the day before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Requests received after this cutoff cannot be accommodated.

Any Cleanse, Program, or Build Your Own order not picked up on the scheduled pickup date is forfeited and is not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund.

Cleanse, Program, or Build Your Own orders that have been partially or fully consumed are not eligible for return, refund, or credit. Cash or card refunds will not be issued.
Shipping Issues
While HI-VIBE does not offer refunds or returns, if a shipping issue occurs that is verified to be caused by the carrier or fulfillment process, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Resolution options may include, at HI-VIBE’s discretion:

Rescheduling a shipment

Re-shipment of affected product

Store credit for future use
The method of resolution will be determined in coordination with the customer. Cash or card refunds will not be issued.
Risk of Loss & Proper Handling
Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon transfer to the delivery carrier or upon in-store pickup. Customers are responsible for proper handling, refrigeration, and timely receipt of perishable products. HI-VIBE is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from missed deliveries, delayed receipt, or improper storage after delivery.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree that Cleanse, Program, Build Your Own, and Subscription ordersare custom, perishable food items and are not eligible for chargebacks related to dissatisfaction, missed delivery, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal availability. Cash or card refunds will not be issued.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency selected at checkout.
By enrolling in a HI-VIBE subscription, you authorize HI-VIBE to securely store your payment method and automatically charge your payment method for each scheduled delivery, unless the subscription is paid in advance.
All subscription purchases are subject to the policies above, including the policy that cash or card refunds will not be issued.
Subscription Cancellation & Minimum Commitments
HI-VIBE subscription commitments are as follows:

Weekly subscriptions: 4-week minimum commitment

Monthly subscriptions: 4-month minimum commitment

Quarterly subscriptions: 12-month minimum commitment
If you are beyond the minimum commitment for your subscription type, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
To initiate cancellation, you must email holler@hi-vibe.com. Cancellation requests will be confirmed by the HI-VIBE subscription team within one (1) business day.
Cancellation requests must be received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your next scheduled delivery in order to avoid incurring another charge. Requests received after this window will apply to the following billing cycle.
Early Cancellation & Discount Recovery
HI-VIBE subscription pricing includes a 10% subscriber discount applied to all products ordered through the subscription service.
If you cancel your subscription before satisfying the minimum commitment, you agree to repay in full the value of the 10% discount previously applied to your subscription orders. This amount will be charged to the payment method on file at the time of cancellation.
No Refunds on Subscription Orders

Cash or card refunds will not be issued for subscription charges under any circumstances.

Missed deliveries, late cancellation requests, or failure to meet minimum commitment terms do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Policy Acceptance
By placing an order or enrolling in a subscription through the HI-VIBE website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Return, Shipping & Subscription Policy in full.
